Not sure about twitch, haven't tried it but what I do is download the YouTube app and link it with my PSN account under settings in my ps4 console.

Once I do that, I just play the game I want to capture and when I want to stop recording I click on the share button on the controller then press square to save on it on my PS4. Remember the ps4 automatically saves the last 15 minutes of gameplay or depending on how long you set it. 15 minutes is the max. Once saved I go to the capture gallery and highlight the video I just recorded. They're usually under their titles. Once the video is highlighted I press the share button again and the YouTube logo should pop up telling me if I want to share it to YouTube.
But like I said I never used twitch so if my method doesn't work then you might need a video capturing device like the Hauppauge PVR Gaming Edition. On the plus side with those capturing device you can make longer videos with them.

U can also download the share factory app to edit your videos. The app is very easy and its free

You can archive your broadcasts on twitch and export them to YouTube from twitch

Yes you can export them to YouTube but the quality is terrible. The best way is to have a game capture device like Elgato. The next best option is to save on your hard drive and upload directly to YouTube. You only get 15 minutes at a time but the quality is 100x better than exporting to YouTube from Twitch
