I just had this bug appearing in an online game that I played:

Basically a HR not counting, and the batter runner stays at 1B.

Are the devs aware of this bug still existing? I saved the 15 min video, so I could post it if it helps.

Russell said they found this bug and it was fixed for the next patch, I believe.

If memory serves me right I thought the bug was actually explained as the runner that was already on first base had stayed but the batter had scored. Correct me if I'm wrong though. This may be a different bug?

You are correct. But it was all discussed and supposedly fixed.

I was down 3-2 in the 8th of an online ranked game.

Hit a two run bomb and only one run scored with hitter on first base still.

Ended up losing in 14 innings, 4-3.

I thought they fixed this? I play with auto fielding. Every time there is a dropped 3rd strike the catcher throws the ball into the outfield. Just on my team, the cpu team is fine

I've never had this happen even once.

Same. Dropped thirds are a rarity for me anyway though, so small sample size.

Edit: They were a bit more prevalent when the strike 2 bug was a thing, but I still never had the catcher miss first even when that was going on.

You rarely see dropped third strives where the catcher has to throw out the batter? I must see that 3 or 4 times a game on both sides. I've only seen probably two catcher throwing errors in all that time, but I've seen tons of dropped third strikes.

I see alot of dropped third strikes and have probably seen 4-6 throwing errors on them in my nearly 70 games of my 15 Franchise.

Relatively speaking, yeah. I don't chase in the dirt often so the CPU doesn't get the chance to throw me out on them, and I tend to aim outside or in when trying to get the CPU to chase 2 strike pitches, not down (unless I'm trying for a DP ball). On AllStar+ it doesn't fish on the low stuff very often for me.

Less than 1 a game, for sure. Sometimes multiple games without a single one.

In my season game tonight, Karros had about three lines and Lyons just one for the entire game. Don't they usually talk more than that? I never really paid much attention before, but for some reason noticed their quietness tonight.
