    Drafted Outfield Prospects

I have noticed that when you draft a CF in franchise their speed rating is very low, too low to even be an outfielder in the future. Does speed progress (which doesn't make sense but whatever) in the future when they are MLB ready? Or are they still very slow?

I'm talking about even looking at the outfielders after they were drafted. I see a lot of center fielders with like 55-65 speed. I just want to know if they ever get faster?

I believe their speed will go up some. Not sure how much. For an 18 year old its not that un realistic. But someone that spent 4 years in college shouldnt be getting much faster.

Yes, physical attributes progress as well.
