In-Game Ticker Not Showing

I have tried everything and I just cannot find a way to get the game to show the in-game ticker (or out of game ticker) at the bottom of the screen.


I usually wouldn't complain about such a seemingly minor issue, but it is frustrating since I cannot view the in-game advertisements during franchise games (and I would like to be able to see live MLB scores while I play The Show, but like I said, I'm not really picky).

Anyway, is there a trick to this that I just can't figure out?

I can get it to show up if I turn on the closed captioning, but I don't want to use that feature.

are you using 30 team control? If so, you must sim all the other games prior to playing yours.

I can't get in with single team control in a franchise, by myself in an exhibtion game, or anything.

Its not that big of a deal, but it would be cool to see though

Hi, I'm not sure if it's every time but I know for a fact that I at least sometimes get the ticker in my franchise games (only when using broadcast mode though)... I'm about to play a couple more so I'll lyk if it's it's every time or not. I use fast play a lot more often so I don't remember. I'm just doing single team control also..

Have you checked the daily schedule and looked at whatever game you're playing and confirmed that there are indeed games that began before/during yours?

You can turn it off in the presentation settings. Perhaps you deselected it.

Have you checked the daily schedule and looked at whatever game you're playing and confirmed that there are indeed games that began before/during yours?

I simulated every game expect mine, and it didnt show up

And I cant even get it in exhibition mode and see the real life live scores.


I dont even wanna see it that bad, it is just one of those things that bothers me because i cant do it. I might not even want it anyway to be honest. it just pisses me off that i cant figure it out

Huh, so now you got me confused too.... I'm my default profile it doesn't come up for at least franchise and exhibition games (tried just now), setting is definitely on. However, on the new profile I set up for my franchise start today it's showing up just fine... do you get any other info? Like trades and stuff?

Go into your PS4 settings (in the PS4 menu) and check the screen size...it is possible that your screen size is not showing the full screen. (Even if it is, I have sometimes found that going in there kinda 'resets' it...)
