I haven't given one up yet (though had some scary looking hits that ended up dying enough to just be doubles instead).

I've hit one home run...with a guy with 0 Contact and 1 Power - rookie Damian Boeve (fictional drafted in my first offseason).

It was the only hit he had all month. LOL baseball.

I still don't know how I did it!

This is why I love baseball. LOL

I just started playing the show for the first time this year. Cant believe I've been missing this all these years, but my first homerun ever was with Kershaw in Dodgers stadium.

I've hit two home runs this year, both Giants. I hit a shot with Lincecum to center at Nationals park (had to have been at least 400ft) but wasn't a no doubter. Then I hit one with Cain at AT&T Park that was essentially a fly ball that just barely made it over the right field wall. I've given up one at AT&T but I can't remember exactly who hit it just that it was a solid shot to left field. I really want to hit one with Bumgarner but for some odd reason I hit worse with him than any of the other pitchers, at least I pitch fantastically with him

Here's an interesting question: who hits there pitcher in the 8 spot in the order? I do it occasionally when someone at the bottom is really slumping, it also seems to help so that the pitcher comes up with two outs less often.

I thought it would be fun to do a thread about pitchers that we've either hit homeruns with or had hit homeruns off of us. Or pitchers who have hit homeruns in your franchise.

Zach Grienke hit a 424 foot HR to straight away center on me once. Embarrassing.

Hit 2 HR's in separate games with Kershaw in one of my Franchises. Only pitcher so far I've been able to do it with.

I do it with my DD team. I don't hit really well with Elvis Andrus and having him hit ninth, with Cain/Marte leading off and then Marp 2nd lets more people get on base with Pujols and Stanton afterwards.

Also, since people in DD don't really try getting pitchers out, it's not as much of a liability.

I just hit my third homer with a pitcher this year. Power swung with niekro and hit a 420 foot bomb. Nothing is more satisfying than hitting a homer with a pitcher.

I'm finishing up April in first year. Yet to give one up but plenty of time left for that. I did hit a good blast to left center at CBP w Cole Hamels !

Liriano just hit one against me off of Homer Bailey. First time Ive had a pitcher hit a HR either for or against me

I just hit two in the same game with Jaime Garcia. Both wall scrapers, but hey I'll take it.

I just hit my first and immediately thought of this thread. Matt Harvey hit a solo home run to opposite field (the wind was blowing out at 16 mph btw).

For what it's worth, I've edited pitchers across the league to reflect their actual hitting abilities (since SCEA just gives everyone 0's across the board for some reason)... but still, I've done that for years and this is my first time ever hitting a home run with a pitcher.

Harvey went on to throw 8 shutout innings and I won the game 1-0.
