Flash of light when return from cut scenes?

Does anyone see a flash of light on a player...like a picture is being taken of them...when some cut scenes are over? I can't figure it out. It happens alot but not after every cut scene. Usually, a player is being focused on after the cut scene and I see a flash like from a camera.

Anyone else ever see this?

I have seen those flashes a lot, not sure if it's always after cut scenes but it might be connected.

It's the shadows disappearing for a split second I believe. I had it for like a week when the game came out. Haven't seen it since.

Happens every time one starts for me. The player flicker for an instants. Not a game breaker, but it does ruin the immersion.
