    Weak contact

I did a search but didn't find a relevant topic but I am getting frustrated with weak contact. I have adjusted sliders for more solid hits but there are way too many weak dribblers in front of the plate and foul outs. I use directional hitting with analog so all I'm concerned with is timing when batting. I notice the cpu having a lot of foul outs weakly as well. Anything that can be done about this or is it a physics problem ?

Adjust the timing window by one click for you and for the CPU if the CPU is also getting too much weak contact for your tastes. With timing at 6, you will notice a difference in hit quality, but not as drastic a difference as adjusting solid hits or contact. Those two sliders are most often the ones people manipulate, but I find their effects too strong even with a one click adjustment. Timing is more subtle and it's opened up my offense nicely.
