Auto Trade Question For Franchise Mode

I have my trades set to auto in franchise mode. Owners are sending me deals but they just sit there until they expire. Is this the computer's way of declining the trade or do I need to do something for the computer to make a decision? Any answers would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!!

If they're sending you deals, then you have to accept them for the trade to go through.

They should make trades with other CPU teams on their own. I remember reading that a recent patch tuned the frequency of trades by the CPU and some people have said they don't see that many anymore.
