Batter not given strike 3 for fouled bunt
Seasons mode. I've just had a CPU batter foul 5 consecutive bunts but he stayed on 0-2 and the 2nd out wasn't given despite the commentators acknowledging he was out. Of course the 6th bunt was fair and he reached first base on an error...cue me exiting the game as there's no point playing if this is what's going to happen.

Re: Batter not given strike 3 for fouled bunt
I haven't seen it for the CPU( the cpu is called out on foul bunt attempt with 2 strikes), but I have seen it for myself. I've had to institute a house rule to stop myself from using the extra attempt.Comment

Re: Batter not given strike 3 for fouled bunt
I had this happen after the latest patch.
I was bunting with my pitcher and tried the pull the bat back on a pitch very inside. The pitcher didn't pull it back and was hit by the pitch, which should have been the third strike (he missed the bunt and was deemed to have offered at the pitch)
Instead, he was still at the plate with an 0-2 count."Some people call it butterflies, but to him, it probably feels like pterodactyls in his stomach." --Plesac in MLB18Comment
