They mostly happen if you hit too many guys.

I had both benches warned after I came close to hitting the next guy after giving up a home run. How real is that? I came very close with the fastball, in fact I was aiming at the batter, just couldn't hit him.

This. In previous years there would be ejections due to a player randomly arguing a close play at first, this has been eliminated due to the ability to challenge just like IRL. The only way to get ejected in The Show is for intentionally throwing at batters.

Yeah I remember getting thrown out for arguing calls....i dont plunk too many so that must be why....thanks for the replies all

I threw two pitches over Pedroia's head after Buchholz plunked Encarnacion with a fastball (I had to assume it was intentional). The umpire issued a warning to both benches and both benches had a shooting match which was pretty cool. If only benches could clear. (hint hint)

I've been ejected plenty of times, but only seen it happen to the CPU once. It was a few years ago and I intentionally hit two guys after the CPU hit me twice. Their pitcher was struggling with control and the breaking balls were going wild. Later on after the ump gave us a warning, the CPU pitcher lost his control inside again and plunked me which ejected him from the game. I thought it was hilarious because mine were upper 90's fastballs clearly being targeted and he was throwing these 75mph pitches lol

I get ejected a lot. I always try to intentionally hit at least one player on a team, as long as we have a 2+ lead or the game is out of hand. Especially when I play my brother, lol.

I get ejected a lot. I always try to intentionally hit at least one player on a team, as long as we have a 2+ lead or the game is out of hand. Especially when I play my brother, lol.

LOL, you sound like my son! He thinks beaning my guys and/or coming inside and breaking my bat is the most hilarious thing in the world!
