    The dive with the baseball

This needs to be removed. It's erasing well earned singles. Guys are also able to "fix" offline throws by diving the complete opposite direction they are facing, when if they tried to lunge in that position, they would just slip and be flat on their face without actually moving anywhere. Instead the cover 5-10 feet and actually get runners out who had no business being out. That one is a little less annoying than the erased singles though.

Check the last 10 seconds of this video for what I mean on throws not to 1st. The less anoying exploit. The much more annoying one is when your runner casually rounds 1st and they throw to 1st then make the 1st baseman dive to tag you out.

Ive also had multiple singles to right field where the batter casually runs to first (like they would in real life) but the outfielder throws them out. No tag, just straight up the throw beats them since they are casually running to first. Only has happened online.

I agree the dive thing is annoying. I haven't been a victim yet but see guys try it all the time.

I think the reason it looks so awkward and exploit-y (that's not a word, but anyway) is because it's one of the few things in this game that doesn't seem like it's tied to ratings. Seemingly any player can do it, immediately after catching the ball, with the same effectiveness. Maybe only make it to where more athletic players can do it at its full effect (most catchers will not fall into this category) and for lesser ones the dive could be shorter and slower.

Either that, or maybe there should be a risk of the ball popping out of the glove as the tag is made.

Yes this happened to me last night on second base. The play was a simple station to station single. The guy on 2B rounded the base too much and got caught returning to the base. Even if the baserunner is someone with low baserunning skills like a pitcher this should never happen.

This is an absolute rally killer and I start playing careless the rest of the game.

I NEED to remember to take a video of this and submit it as a bug. The big problem with this is that it has only happened to me once, as far as I can recall.

Don't bother. I submitted it as a bug and then they purged it from the system same day. Didn't even go to closed reports. Same with the right handed 1st baseman being unable to get a tag down on a pickoff, also immediately purged.
