    Quick Count bugged?

Today I noticed that the number of pitches seems to be bugged when I activate "Quick Count" in MLB 15 Franchise Mode.

    Example:

First Inning, 1 Out the 2nd batter starts with 1-1. The Pitcher has 5 pitches thrown as shown in the display. But 1st out was 1B 3S (=4 Pitches). So the number of pitches should be 6 (not 5).

    Anyone has the same problems?

i have no idea how you guys could use quick counts.....batter pitcher battle is the essence of baseball...if your quick count comes up 3-1...how did you get those 3 balls?...is he trying to work you away bla bla bla. Its such a silly option in this game.

i generally agree with you but it's just a way of speeding up the game.

A pitch is subtracted after each batter - this is by design and has been since first implemented last year.

I used to be in the same boat as you but I have been using QC exclusively this year for my offline franchise. I don't have as much time to play as I used to have so I use QC this year. I actually like it alot. It allows me to walk more batters and allows me to get more walks a game as well. It has been improved since it's inception last year.

Please refrain from off topic posting, thank you. Your post serves no purpose other than to bash quick counts, which is not necessary.

I think that any ball that results in a hit or out doesn't count towards the pitch total.

              I'm fine with it

I'm going to close this since the question has been answered and the discussion is swerving elsewhere.
