The boundary issue at Wrigley is not patchable, it requires a stadium geometry fix and we can't do those in patches. They file size would be to big it's the same reason why the jumbotron's can't be added back into the game post launch.

We fix everything we can within reason, time and us being able to re-produce the bug in house. Some things we can't reproduce others are too big for patches and some are too risky to attempt to fix.

So how can I get a refund since all I play is franchise using the Cubs? This bug is happening every other game and causing me to lose games.

Can SCEA please fix the game-breaking issue with Franchise mode? Whenever it tries to autosave it crashes my ps3 and corrupts my save data, forcing me to start all over (which is in vain, because I have this issue every time!) This has been a problem since release and I would have expected it to have been fixed by now.

Turn off auto save, problem fixed.

Bummed they haven't fixed fielders covering bags on hard hit balls and the fact I hit the pitcher on average 5 times a game

Is it just me or does the pitcher warm up animation in franchise seem more smooth, maybe it's just my imagination??? To me the warm up pitching interface always seemed choppy until you actually got into real game action.

I don't play the PS3 version, nor use the autosave feature. If you turn off autosave, does that help with your corrupt data problem?

Edit: I see the question was already asked. I'm pretty sure it's an option tho... anyway, I'm sure people were just trying to help.

We should trade notes because while my home park is Wrigley and I notice the bugs, they aren't that common and don't cause me to lose games in my opinion. It's more aesthetic such as players blindly running into walls.

they still need to fix AI not extending their lead offs, which in result means you can never pick off the AI because of this issue.

Take it back to the store you bought it from and ask for a refund. Might want to take your receipt with you.

And there is a workaround for the issue. Fellow Cub fans (bcruise) can fill you in because I honestly don't know the details.

Myself and my opinion, I think its the best of the series.
