No pregame introductions....

So I'm in my 10th game of my franchise and the pregame introductions are gone. As soon as it gets through loading, it goes straight to the leadoff batter, as if I were in fast play. I've quit a couple of times, restarted the game and the same thing still happens. Anyone else seen this, and anyone know what I did to trigger it?

This happened to me last night. I even checked to make sure I hadn't clicked fast play. After the first half inning it just jumped to the next half with the batter in the box awaiting the first pitch. By the second inning things were back to normal.

Yeah it's really weird. Hopefully it's just a one time thing and doesn't keep occurring. I've never had this happen before.

I just had my first ever freeze and a load screen issue in the next played game...

I wonder if this instability is a result of unintended consequences from the most recent patch?

I've had it happen a couple of times between innings. Like you guys said, just like it is on fast play all of a sudden. But it always clears up after it happens. Just annoying is all it is, if I wanted it on fastplay, I would put it on fastplay.

Same here! I know I didn't hit anything to skip through pregame, but it progressed to first batter in the box immediately. Weird. Hadn't seen that glitch before this year.

Ive seen it randomly (just a few times) also. Ive even had it show the wind and temp (pops down under the left upper corner) in the late innings of games.

The next game I played was back to normal so hopefully this isn't a common thing. It's not a deal breaker but I do like watching the pregame introductions.
