Since Sony announce we can finally play music with streaming again would anyone be making a list of players walk up music

Still cant save music to the hard drive which is what i believe needs to happen first.

Slightly OT, but I have been using the spotify app built into the PS4 during my games lately and love it.

I turn off the announcers, turn off the in game music and stadium music, and I just play with the crowd noise, on-field noise and PA announcer, plus whatever music I feel like listening to.

There are some great playlists people made an MLB The Show playlist that has every song that has ever been in The Show. Its pretty cool.

So u can put it on a flash drive or external hard drive put it in a folder name music and that it I read the help guide

The way Sony lets us play music now i dont think the Devs will even be able to patch it in. We have been able to play music off of a USB since October. The new update doesnt change how we were able to do it. Just adds a new way and we can now play videos. Seems like if its possible now due to the new media player then it should have been possible with the USB music player.

I dont see us being able to add coustom music to SOTS until we can save songs to the PS4's hard drive. Hope im wrong though.

I'm just not a fan of people letting the developers "off the hook" by saying it is because the ps4 can't store MP3s. While I agree that that's the reason the old sounds of the show system doesn't work but it doesn't mean it's not possible.

If the developers remade the sounds of the show to read off a usb I'm sure it could be done. When I say "off the hook" I don't mean it to sound as bad as it sounds. I realize that the developers have their plates pretty full and SOTS I'm sure is on their to do list but there are other priorities. And rightfully so.

The argument that it's the ps4 to blame is an old one though and I think it's time to realize that I'm sure it will return we just need to be patient. It's hard though I'm one of the people that miss this feature dearly.

True they could just re write the code to make it play off of USB. But that for sure wont be patched in.

Wish there was a way to be able to use Spotify on Playstation (aren't they setup on there now?) and put music from that onto games. It'd be kinda cool.

Well there goes me getting hype for this year. I thought it would be something that would work for this year game. Oh well just got to wait till march to get the sounds of show back. I guess on a positive note at least Sony bought it back.
