1. In an online head to head game, man on first attempts stolen base while you are pitching.
2. Runner retreats back to 1B.
3. You fake a throw to 1B.
4. Runner changes direction and runs towards 2B.
5. Runner begins head first slide into 2B while fielder runs toward and through runner.
Result:
Runner called safe but should be called out.
This play has been a frequent occurrence in past MLBTS games and the result has almost always been 'runner called out'.
