1. In the All Star games, the players are wearing the American and National League jerseys, instead of their individual team jerseys for the team the play for. I have never understood why it is like this in the game, its cool to make the all star game in RTTS but the game doesnt feel authentic at all because of this.
1a. Home Run Derby is still using the "outs" format, its innacurate and unauthentic.
2. They give out a "Postseason MVP" for the playoffs, given to the best player for the entirety of the postseason. I have won it a couple times in RTTS. But it doesnt make any sense, because there is no such thing as a "Postseason MVP" in MLB. There is only ALCS/NLCS MVP and WSMVP. I have seen it in the game for years and wondered why they decided to make a faux award for this game.
3. No replay reviews. I understand that the umpires in the game can get every call right, but wouldnt it be awesome if they made a mistake time to time and the replay view would fix it? Replay challenges are huge in the game today, you will rarely see a game where there isnt at least one challenge being made and a call being over turned by a critical replay review.
There are more but these are just a few that came to mind. Im sure I can update this thread regularly.
This game is great and the gameplay is phenomenal. But theres a lot of small things wrong with it.
