    Streaks

So, I'm in the middle of a really solid 13 game win streak right now with my Mets(hey they won 11 straight IRL so its not unrealistic). Thinking back, this is probably the longest win streak I've ever had in the Show.

Got me wondering about others....whats your longest winning and losing streak?? Anything memorable happen? How did it end?

    Re: Streaks

My longest winning streak was in year 1 at 8 games. It ended when we were shutout by the Reds 4-0 in Great American Ballpark.

My longest winning streak was this year (year 2) and it lasted 6 games. I thought for sure it was going to be 7 as we blew a 3 run lead in the 9th to the Pirates at home. Tied 5-5 we went to the 15th inning before Nolan Arendado doubled home Jason Heyward with 2 outs. You would've thought I just won the World Series.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Ive had a few over 10. Cant remember where they ended for sure. Had a 12 games losing streak in my current franchise.

Mine finally ended at 15. My record for the month was 20-4. Pretty solid. Definitely the longest winning streak Ive ever had(between the Show, MVP, etc). A lot of close games..a couple comes backs and walk offs and a blow out of 2. Once I hit 15 I really wanted to get to 27 to break the all time record...alas, something to shoot for(however Ive lost 3 or 4 since)

            Re: Streaks

I started 19-2 with the Tigers earlier this year if that counts. I've since re-started though.

Longest winning streak was probably 11 or 12; and I swear I lost 18 in a row one year but could be misremembering.

Currently in the dumper, losing 9 of my last 12 fwiw.

              Re: Streaks

I know this isn't valid per the original post, but I was surprised to see my team (Braves) go on a 25 game win streak while simming and playing some games in between. I know it wasn't all me that made it happen, but it was still impressive to see so many W's with the simmed games.

Playing every game myself, though, I believe I started one season with 11 straight. I think that's my top.

                Re: Streaks

12 game win streak in May with the Giants that ended in a 12-0, 18 inning loss. That was the start of a 9 game losing streak that now has me a 1/2 game up on the dodgers. Hmm... Sounds like the Giants season this year...

On a 10-game streak in my (fantasy, but not stacked) Diamondbacks franchise. Winning in every possible way, 11-2, 2-1 on two hits, come-from-behind on a walk and a home run. We'll see where it ends.

I had a streak earlier in the season where I lost a bunch of games on crazy stuff like suicide squeezes and inside-the-park home runs on outfielder errors so I'm used to the streaky luck.
