Okay so i am playing with the red sox in a 30 team control 2014 carry over franchise still in year 1. I gave up a home run to Wilson Betemit (whom i had fo edit his name and audio names back since he was one of the players removed from the players association so he was a 'fake' player) and for every batter since him on both teams right after they get out, an on screen display right where they usually show stats appears and it says, "0 run home run (players name)" and then it will show the number of home runs they actually have. Has anyone else experienced this? What should i do?

In short, do nothing. It has happened to me a lot, but it's nothing gamebreaking. I'm not even really sure how it's triggered and it will basically last the entire game from what I remember until you exit that game.
It's an eye sore, for sure, but just carry on like you normally would in the game. -

I actually just quit and restarted that game and i lost anyway so i didnt feel too guilty. Thanks for the replyComment
