Pulling the fielder off the bag

I am curious if I am the only one that sees this. Any time there is a non force play at a base or home plate the outfielders throws all most always pull the fielder off the bag. MLB players are not that inept.....

I use autofielding and the whole thing is weird because it doesn't seem to happen to the computer controlled teams nearly as much.

I have Markakis who routinely makes horrible throws. J Hamilton admittedly has had some issues the last few years, but, he doesn't make horrible throws every time....and then I have Puig...who I couldn't tell you what he does because he inexplicably hits the cutoff man all the time (even when he shouldn't)...LOL!

weak arms or not properly setting up behind the ball to get all the momentum going with the throw to a base.

Not sure that would be the case here. Markakis and Puig have played RF and actually have strong throwing arms. Unless they have fallen off from injury or something.

I know Markakis had neck surgery and that may have hurt his arm strength.

Puig makes some ill advised throws but his arm is crazy strong.

Hamilton used to make a lot of good throws from center, but, you don't see much of that any more. He hasn't done well since he quit chewing.

One of the issues with players with high assists from the OF is that people eventually stop running on them all together which makes it hard to rate.

It's the major flaw I do not like with this game. I see several a game from Both me and cpu, I just turn off game cause it's not realistic. I know it's a game but they're supposed to be professionals. My high school players make more accurate, consistent throws.

Make sure you're not giving full power on throws. I use meter and stop about halfway and have accurate throws to home.

Not sure about other throw options though.

I gave up on fielding long ago. Can't catch balls in the OF with the way the camera gets goofy at times. Auto fielding only for me!

Just tap the button and the throws will be good. You are always gonna get some throws off the mark but that is baseball.

I started with buttons, then made the switch the button accuracy and saw a huge improvement in the accuracy of my throws. However, I didn't like that I had to look at the meter in order to get the timing down, so I switched to analog throwing and I'll never switch back. I love it so much, it's very easy to make the throw I want and it's very accurate. I very rarely pull a guy off the base, and with the best throwers I never do. I highly recommend everyone give it a shot.
