Edit: Just to add as well, This can give them the opportunity to really show off their broadcast cutscenes and ability. They can show closeups of the pitcher leaning in, batter on deck up close etc. without getting skipped because our game will be playing fluently but we can view the realism in the other screen

Next Level Presentation Idea?
So in my franchise, it's coming to the end of the season with 38 games left. 4 out in the division. 5 way tie for the wild card. The past in game 2 weeks, I have checked the results of the other teams directly after finishing my games. I have also been peeking the in stadium scores as well when it dawned on me, what if I could see those games in game? In real life I tend to split screen games this time of the year to see what's going on in the pennant race. I attached a concept photo below of a possible idea. Would be pretty intense in the last few weeks of the season to see the potential effects of other games and how that could maybe effect your game.

Re: Next Level Presentation Idea?
That would be really awesome. Or like a highlight video in between innings or something -

im all in for this and even expanding on it or no hitter alerts, cycle alerts, three home run game alerts, break ins etc. again... we need this game to mirror our great game in every way every day..."Baseball is life, without Baseball life itself ceases to exist." - Ken SpragueComment

Re: Next Level Presentation Idea?
I'd like to see more shots of the city to make it feel like we're playing there something like this
"Here we are in New York as the Yankees take on the Red Sox" Then cut to the stadium
"The bright lights of New York Good evening I'm Matt Vasgersian here with Eric Karros and Steve Lyons as all the lights are on the Mets and Nationals tonight. Game 1 of the NLCS starts right now."
Or
"We'll be back in the city that never sleeps after this"
NBA 2k Does it
Just using NYC as an example you could do one for every city showing off some interesting places in D.C for the Nats you could show the monuments, Seattle The Space Needle and Downtown, In Philadelphia The Rocky steps...
The possibilities are endlessLast edited by zello144; 08-19-2015, 10:25 PM.Comment

Re: Next Level Presentation Idea?
I remember in the old shows, 06, 07, they used to have a camera pre game that would show fans walking into the ball park that was really neat. I remember Mets fan would have Mike Piazza jerseys too and he wasn't on the Mets anymore which was a really nice touchComment
