How have they not fixed pitcher stutter yet?!!?
Wow. Just lost a game 1-0. I was up at bat in the 9th with 2 outs and my best hitter up on a 3-2 count and the pitcher had the WORST-TIMED stutter that made it impossible to hit the ball. Game over. WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN FIXED IN YEARS NOW?!Tags: None -
Re: How have they not fixed pitcher stutter yet?!!?
I think he may be referring to some pitching windups have slight 'stutters' at the point of release where their is a very slight delay in ball coming out of a pitcher's hand.
Either that, or he's talking about where the screen lags (or slightly freezes) as the ball's been thrownComment

This disappeared for me after one of the patches (might have been coincidence but this used to be an issue but it's gone now).
But yeah, when I was getting it - drove me up a wall. No idea what made it go away or what made it show up."Some people call it butterflies, but to him, it probably feels like pterodactyls in his stomach." --Plesac in MLB18Comment

I actually thought it was sort of a "don't play too well fail-safe" that showed up just to keep players honest lol
I also haven't seen it very much in the last month or so. Yes, it is a very annoying and frustrating glitch that always seems to pop up at the worst time. Usually at 3-2 with the bases loaded.Comment
