Does attendance change with the teams record?

Is it dynamic? Does it fluctuate based on the teams record?

    Yes it does.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Yes. I played on the Brewers in RTTS for a couple years and they barely made it to fifty wins each year. A typical weekday would see a little under 6,000 people. In a couple years, they were making the playoffs, and they got over 30,000 most games, sometimes selling out.

Yes I've seen it happen in RTTS. With my player on the Twins the year after we won The World series every home game was sold out. Another RTTS character who is on the Reds they are 18-30 and the stadium looks like a ghost town.

In the first year of franchise how many games in does it start noticing attendance based on record. I have played my first week and the Orioles were playing blue jays, Orioles had a 3-2 record and it was the first Sunday. Only 26,000 thousand. Shouldn't it have been more? Is the attendance fixed until after certain amount of games?

I believe the teams that are playing matter too. In my Yankees franchise, Yankees vs Red Sox games, and Yankees vs Mets are always sold out, no matter what the two teams records are. Also, if you have a bad record and are playing at home, but are playing teams like the Yanks, or Sox, you will also get a bigger draw.

ive been in first place in the NL East with the Marlins for most of the season and never have had a sell out.. not even when i was at home with the division clinching game on the line was it close to a sell out...

i have 17 games left and i have clinched the division and still see dont see any sell outs not even close... sad... even Miami deserves to have sell outs when they are playing well... at least i think sooo

Same here - four seasons of 90+ wins, NLCS or better playoff finishes, still the same tepid turnout, no matter who they play.

Only in the playoffs does it look like people actually show up.

So if it does matter for franchise mode, how much more do I need to do??

After a couple of years of being a monster team, I've noticed that my Jays are starting to draw big crowds at other stadiums. It's really cool to see my team's popularity grow like this.

It's been slow and steady growth over the 2.5 seasons I've played as them, and that's with 2 world series wins mixed in. In my first season there wasn't much growth. Crowds in the show seem to respond very slowly to success.

The answer is yes, but I would opine it's rather poorly executed. Seems to me every stadium is either full, empty, or that thing where 97% of the lower deck (outfield bleachers included) is full and a 97% of the upper deck is empty. Was expecting a lot more when they said they reworked crowd distribution.
