Can you exit game w/o saving?

Can you exit a game without saving it? I think I somehow changed pitching level to HOF. I'm fighting for a wildcard and have given up 19 runs.

Close the application or restart console. That's what I do, dunno if it does any harm

If you just choose sim to end....and don't save the franchise....then just choose to continue the franchise....you'll be at whatever point your save is at.
I guess as long as you don't have autosave on.(but even then....I think it's a new save, right?)

THanks for the replies. I was able to power off the PS4 with no harm.
Lost the replayed game anyway but didn't wear out the bullpen.

If you just choose sim to end....and don't save the franchise....then just choose to continue the franchise....you'll be at whatever point your save is at.
I guess as long as you don't have autosave on.(but even then....I think it's a new save, right?)

Autosave actually over writes you last save I believe.

Just go to save and exit, then back out in saving and I think it takes you to the franchise screen.

You don't even have to shutdown the system, just his the PS button and close the application. When you restart the game use your old save.
