Questions from last gen player who doesnt have Next Gen?

Wondering about some differences between games

Has the simulation engine changed any? Last gen the sim engine was not entirely attribute based, and determined by a system that waded out anomalies, and leveled out player statistics to fit within a stat cap, which leads to my next question.

Are there still stat caps and stat ceilings? For example, on Last gen, the best hitter possible would top out around .340 BA or 60 home runs. Has this changed any?

Have any attributes or player tendencies been added, or is it still the limited attributes and zero tendencies of last gen?

In these areas you are questioning, I dont think you'd find much difference...
