For what it's worth, I agree with you, those new D'Backs uni's are horrible!

I don't know, I think the teal alternates are pretty cool.

We were also told we'd never get brand name equipment and we'd never get classic stadiums again next gen....

Sometimes we are just told things for the sake of it.

I read 10000x on this board, it's too costly, SCEA has to pay them for the license, then there were arguments about who really has to pay and how it'd actually be beneficial for the brands to have their products represented in the game.

Not sure who exactly was saying it, but it definitely was a hot topic.

We don't say never we give you the reality at the time. Sometimes that changes sometimes that reality doesn't change. But when we tell you for example classic stadiums on PS4 isn't plausible or feasible it's the reality at that time.

I wonder if the legends cards changed that. Is there a perceived demand to play legends in vintage parks?

Yeah....but that's not them saying they would never put them in.

.....and I'm just guessing here...but seeing as how we have the same 6 classic stadiums....I'm guessing they found a way to spruce them up to an acceptable PS4 level and and added them since they already have the rights to them.
Personally, I don't think we'll see any more classic stadiums on the PS4.

I have a dream that SCEA will slowly add a few new classic stadiums or old versions of current stadiums each year, eventually to the point that every team will have their own classic stadium. The thought of doing a historical franchise in all old stadiums, or even just having all the options in DD would be incredible. (At least to me, as I'm a huge stadium nerd.)

I'm 100% sure that will never happen though.

I'm pretty sure it was said it would never be in the game, i'm not 100% sure, and it's not worth looking for a quote or anything.

And i can see how it was made possible to have the same classic stadiums from ps3 on ps4 now, i was just simply stating that it was said that there would never be classic stadiums again.

Also, we've been told that tattoos can't be in the game because they'd have to get permission from all the tattoo artist or whatever, meanwhile players have had their neck tattoos in the game for years now (ie. Yadier Molina).

I'm just saying, sometimes we're told some things...
