New to the game - quick roster question

Just got the name on ps4. Downloaded a roster and was working on updating it. Trying to get P Wade Davis back on the Royals from what appears to be a FA pool, but when I go under the Roster Control section, the only teams listed are the 30 mlb squads and their minor leagues. I don't see a free agent pool. How do I get him back on the Royals?

When you go into that ROSTER CONTROL screen......you will get two team choice screens....hit the R/L shoulder buttons(I forget if it is the 1 or 2 button) to cycle through teams(so it really doesn't matter which team you start on ....you can cycle both)....once you pass the Giants on the cycle(or Baltimore if you're going the other way).....you will hit the FA1/2/3 screens.

You have to swap one for one when using this menu.
