I'm so glad nba 2k doesn't pay attention to cut scene data skipping and keep pushing their cut scenes forward.

I know that SDS has released statistical data on how many home runs have been hit, how many outs there have been, etc., but have they released more detailed statistical data on how people play the game similar to the way Bioware does it for Dragon Age and Mass Effect?

I would like to see them give some scores, and talk about some other games, maybe when coming back from a break or something. I think highlights from other games may be hard to pull off.

Ya, they've already stated that the reason players can't wear their teams uniform for the all star game is due to memory issues and the filing structure for uniforms. I assume the same issue would apply here.

Completely agree with this post. I posted a similar thread a few months ago:

I was playing my franchise last night, and I had a great game going. I was up 2-1 in the 7th inning and my reliever loaded the bases with no outs. I thought I would for sure give up at least a couple of runs, per the usual, but I buckled down to get two strikeouts and a ground out to end it with no runs coming across the plate. I fist-pumped to myself and shouted a resounding "F yah!" when it occurred to me: the game needs more of that!! I want to see players pound fists, fist pump, shouting, slapping five more, players pointing to each other when one makes a great play or a great hit to score someone, more jumps, more exclamations, more EXCITEMENT, etc.

How many times did we see this from the Royals during the recent World Series? It doesn't only have to be a postseason thing. This happens in everyday baseball (although should be more, like in the postseason), and it needs to be included in next year's game. It's just so anticlimactic when I play great and get all excited in my living room, but the actual players on the screen don't seem to care all that much. People agree?

This is 'next-gen' and I would file that under a next gen feature.
Game systems were simpler back then, and some things were easier to do than they are with today's more complicated technology. That would take up a lot more memory than it would have back in the Sega days.

Funny that Russell liked this when he is one of the worst offenders. I forget his name but I recall the guy (former college player) who does the presentations was always complaining about Russell mashing the buttons. As others have said, if you don't like presentations, that's what fast play is for. I like the presentations..please keep them in.

I'm sure people skip the game intro video, probably only watch it one time, then skip it every other time.

So why not get rid of that too then?

Which is why I said in another thread that it sucks that every button press through a cutscene is essentially a downvote toward full broadcast. Is that true or is it not? (Just curious.)

I hate those moments where there should be commentary, but there isn't..just the camera panning and random crowd noise..I hope those blank spaces are filled with something..

please let this be true!!! nothing more annoying is having to (x) thru a intro just to play a game of baseball ...... actually the only thing that really kind of annoys me is the theme music for the show (you know the one..... its been used for years)

The stadiums reaction to big plays, hits, home runs, walk offs, strikeouts, diving or robbing home runs needs revamped.

Especially for the playoffs. It just seems like they turned up the crowd volume a couple notches come playoff time.

Very disappointed in crowds since the release on next gens.

And this is one of the main reasons I skip so many cutscenes.

Or the only commentary is "hey look at this graphic"
