Just sold my XB1 and game collection just to buy PS4 for this game. Can't wait to finally see this game on PS4. Been playing on PS3 since 07 but I couldn't hold out any longer.

honestly teams with zero WS Titles are a big draw....winning a franchise's (or City) first title is something that always makes me wanna play with teams like Rays and Rox

How about the Mariners? Never even been to the W.S. Trade Canoe since there is already a rumor he wants back to NY. Maybe the Mets for Tejada ( I know its a strange trade lol )

I'm planning on continuing my Cubs Franchise from '15.
I am half way through season 4 and still searching for post season success so i have unfinished business with the team i have built.

I've already decided that I'm going to be rebuilding the Rockies. I've done a lot of fantasy draft franchises with friends lately, which is fun, but I'm definitely itching to play with real rosters again and not have 20 A-potential prospects to deal lol.

I'll probably trade CarGo and Jose Reyes right away for prospects, go full Astros for a few years and build that farm system through the draft, then hopefully in a few years I'll be ready to contend.

Going to continue my Red Sox chise til the new OS rosters are out. Finishing up 2016 right now(playoff push) but the OS rosters when I started it in 2015 didn't include Benintendi, Devers, Espinoza so I will have to start over.
Current Team-
C-Swihart, Hanley, Pedey, Bogey, Brock, Lagares, Betts, Rusney
SP- Cueto, Bucholtz, Erod, Porcello, Miley with Ryan Cook, Taz, and Rosenthal closing


Might mess around with DD though as well.

We have twiddled it down to:

Miami Marlins - Young talent but a thin farm system poses a nice challenge to build this team into a consistent winner. Budget constraints also tie your hands in getting players like Fernandez, Yellich, Bour and Ozuna to stick around for the long haul.


KC Royals - Can the resurgence continue? A strong farm system makes KC attractive, an amazing and enthusiastic fan base and a tradition of some of baseballs great world series and post season moments. Budget baseball as well makes being a GM here a true job.


Houston Astros - Loaded with young talent and a really cool ball park, Houston could be a great team to make a WS series run with for a few years.


Pittsburgh Pirates - Lot's of talent, one of my favorite ball parks, and Cutch who is one of my favorite players in the game. The town of Pittsburgh is thirsting for a World Series title and this team has the goods to deliver that this season if everything breaks right.

Chicago Cubs - The curse of the Goat. Can it be broken? Rich in baseball tradition and Wrigley the Cubs have gobbles of young talent now. They are posed for another post season run and have enough talent for the long haul.

New York Yankees - So how many Yankees franchises can I run? I already have 1987 (year 2), 2014 (year 2) and a 1996 season replay going. But with 2016 I will have a Yankees team in neutral for one year as we await some huge contracts to come off the books and then we can go crazy in free agency to rebuild them to title glory. It's tempting. My heart bleeds the pinstripes.

I don't have a specific team. My criteria are a National League team which is struggling to win with a low budget but since looking at the franchise thread where they briefly discussed team revenue, market size, revenue sharing etc I'm going to have to wait until I get the game to make a decision.

I was leaning toward the Phillies in Shibe Park since they probably have the worst roster in the NL but they are in a large market so I'm not sure if they get a large revenue flow or how it works. I'll figure it out on 3/29.
