This will be the first year since 989 ended & The Show began that I won't have a Braves franchise. I'm rolling strictly Seattle for 16. Now I have to decide wether to just play a couple seasons with the Mariners & jump right in on release day, or wait & run a legit full franchise when one of the OSFM's drops.

Yankees. And here's why.

Lots of money will be freed up once guys like Teixeira, Beltran, Headley,guys like those retire/contracts end. Although I always use OSFM, I never really took the minor leagues seriously. But this year I plan on paying more attention to the prospects and building a team I want to see on the major league level in the future.

Also, with the addition of player morale this year, it'll be even more interesting. I plan on promoting Aaron Judge and Heathcott sometime after the All-Star break if their numbers warrant such a call. Also, I'm done signing veteran has-beens. With a new generation of fans, comes the time for new generation players. I want to build the team around young, home-grown talent as much as possible. I want to see farm hands contribute to the great Yankee tradition and hopefully set a name for themselves within Yankee lore, and will do everything to keep them happy, which includes surrounding them with other great, young talent - when and if at all possible.

I was lucky enough to grow up with Jeter, Pettitte, Rivera, Williams, and Posada. Would be great if I could field our top minor league talent to fill similar roles. This includes having them play often, and giving the remaining, deteriorating veterans a day off.

We will be a younger team from here on out, and our rotation will be as stacked as possible, but will be smart about contracts. Will not be signing anyone for more than 4 years. Can't wait!!

Interesting that Toronto is getting a lot of early love. Not surprised at the Cub vote though. As an aside, I really like polls & like that someone took the time to include every team.

30 team control and play with Braves but watch CPU vs. CPU with other teams. All in all, it takes me nearly a year to complete one franchise season. Finishing up 2015 season now, just a couple more weeks to go.
