I wouldn't say that. I called them and they told me if I pre-order the game with them they would call when they get their copies in. That could mean anytime between today and Monday. Not worth it to drive over an hour to possibly not get it until Monday. I got MLB 14 The Show the Saturday before release day from there back in 2014. I may have just gotten lucky when I called that they had it.

I got screwed on ebay. I bought it last Thursday for $100.00 because it said I would receive it by today. Now it says I will receive it by Tuesday the 29th, possibly sooner. Is that ethical? What can I do about this?

You could open a case with Ebay to get your money back.

Mine is in limbo. I have contacted the seller who is looking into it.

Getting upset. Starting to feel like the seller wasn't completely honest. Hope I'm wrong and its just a shipping issue, but at this point I don't know.
