Same for me. Started on HOF and hit a HR in first at bat with Jed Lowrie and was thinking it would be too easy.

Well, quite a few single digit hit games and quite a few shutouts later I'm starting to think about having to go down lol.

Does anyone know if there's an online coop mode this season? I haven't seen anything about it so I'm guessing no, but figured I'd ask.

My roommate and I last season loved playing us two vs the cpu with one pitching and one playing defense, etc. Hope they can bring it to online.

Me too. I got the game Saturday but only had time to play around 6 games so far, but I have seen many variety of hits and I can say I'm very pleased about that this year. Off topic - the HR derby is awesome this year and prob the best it's ever been. It follows all the new rules and has a default broadcast cam that I love, and it shows a marker where every HR lands with the distance after each HR - just like real life graphics you see on TV broadcast. Also this year you can fast forward on ground balls and pop up's - if you want even HR's. I think you hold triangle to fast forward.

Can someone get a skyline view of PNC Park at night?

I won't be able to pick up the game until about 5:45 pm tomorrow, but can someone can confirm either in the morning or during the day if the day 1 patch includes stride hitting? Many thanks.

Yeah. I played some HR Derby the other day and it is definitely improved.

What are the home run distances like? I once hit the train in Houston behind the flagpole and it was 430. Seemed off.

Thaaaaaank the lord! Was so disappointed it was removed last year to the point where I stopped playing it all together. I appreciate your response!

I played around 5 rounds and furthest was Chris Davis 498'.

498 is the farthest ive seen as well. Plenty of 490's. Might start one in Colorado to see how far they go.

Forgive me if it's already been asked & answered but are classic stadiums only available while online or are they actually included on the disc?

I don't think I'd use HRD for any kind of barometer for judging power in the game overall. I think the ball has always been juiced somewhat in that mode.

Not saying anyone is, just making an observation.
