They really put in a lot of detail last year. Sure, any baseball game can include sunflower seeds, it's common in every dugout from the big leagues all the way down to when we were kids. But SCEA went one step further and added in ranch sunflower seeds.

But as far as baseball food goes, I do like to steam some Vienna Beef hotdogs and wrap them in tinfoil so that they taste like they're from the ballpark. It works too, it's the same brand as the Cubs use. I also like to keep the window open so that it feels like I'm in the stands in April. I even bought a bulb that mimics real sunlight so that it can feel like a daygame, and I turn it off if it's a night game. However, I couldn't quite get the idea of ivy on the wall past my wife or my landlady.

I'm just lucky that I don't take this whole realism thing too far.

No chewing. No seeds, no gum, no dip, no snacks. Just beer. Sometimes lots of beer. Any beer, I don't discriminate. If you find that happy balanced buzz, you actually get better at The Show. That stage where you are relaxed and not over-thinking it, but still haven't lost your hand eye coordination yet. For me, that usually doesn't last too long, I go right past that buzz stage and on to the 'I can't decide which ball to swing at so I'll just swing at the center one' stage.

My friend and I always have a Franchise where he pitches and I hit.. I have some good ole redman or Levi. While he always has moutain dew code red with grizzly wintergreen.. We even have developed a superstition that it makes us play better. I swear it works.. The magic of the dip

The "Rally Dip" as my friends and I call it, always come in clutch. Grizzly Wintergreen for me though. You'll never catch me without a dip in while in a key situation playing The Show.
