Theres just no way I could eat or snack on anything while playing any video game. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to my controllers, remotes, keyboards and phone, so the thought or oily, cheesy or crumby fingerprints on any of those things would set off my inner clean freak. lol

I will nurse my 1000ml Camelbak water bottle though and maybe chew on some Dr. Pepper flavored Hubba Bubba.

....In fact, I'm ready to go right now!

After quitting chew after 20 years, started at 18 quit at 38, I have been clean now for eight years.

I can urge you guys to quit, but I know how that goes, so I'll just say that I have switched over to Grinds Coffee Pouches.

Still get that burn I loved so much, and I am not sure the coffee actually does anything for me, as I drink so much all day, but I do like the flavor, and the feeling of the chew in my lip.

I hope that you young guys find a way to beat this, and will take Uncle Stealy's advice.

Find some other habit, this one is really bad.

I have chewed off and on over the years.....but I like Skoal mint puches, no crap in your teeth and not as rough on the gums.....I've dabbled with jakes mint chew at times and am going to try to quit chewing skoal again - but I really enjoy a lip

I use Skoal Xtra Mint Long Cut. I used to use pouches but I'll go through 2+ cans per day if I use pouches now.
