Opening Day packs were strictly pre order only. Opening week packs are available via store.

The fundamental pattern I'm seeing is that people got their first bonus, but if they had multiples of some item, they didn't get the second or third.

That's why so many people are saying they didn't get their second 10-pack, or their second and third opening day pack.

I was able to redeem everything on the web site, but when I opened my bonus items, there was only one of each, when there was supposed to be two 10-packs.

So when Ramone checks that something was redeemed, he's right. It was redeemed. But individuals only got one of each item. That's my running theory anyway.

For what it's worth, I redeemed my bonus items before I ever started the game. In other words, I redeemed on the web site before 9PM PST before the game was unlocked.

I'm not mad or anything like the guys on Twitter Ramone is blocking left and right. It's a great game, but those packs were a selling point.

I understand that. I preorder the Digital Deluxe version and followed the directions given by Ramone on Twitter. It led me to buying the Opening Week packs. FWIW, I did not open the pack. Not sure it really matters at this point.

There should be a card inside the case with the code for the mvp stuff.

Well that makes sense bc my GameStop ran out of mvp editions so they gave me a normal copy to play for a day until the new shipment of MVPs comes in tomorrow, so I should be able to get those then.. Thanks!

I was able to redeem all of my pre order and mvp edition codes just fine, but as I tried to redeem the player rep rookie pack, I was disconnected from the server. The pack never showed up in my inventory and is no longer available to redeem...who would I contact for this?

I never got my 10 pack bonus pre-order code from Best Buy. I am pissed.

Now they are telling me I should get a separate email from the confirmation email with a code on it. Then said if it doesn't come to call Best Buy corporate. What a joke.

I had to reach out as well, I sent them an email and had the code within an hour.

I called and had my code emailed to me. The whole process took less than 10 mins.
