Yeah completely agree, it's why I built a PC this year and the Show is now the only reason I keep my PS4.

I prey to the gods that one day an MLB game as good as the show makes it to PC. Imagine how good the show would look without being hamstrung!

Maybe The Show's resolution will be increased for PS4.5, haha.

There's a rumor Sony is going to release another PS4 that has better hardware but is backwards compatible.

I'm playing on a Benq gaming monitor.

The game is far more jaggier than last year.

              15 is fine for me.

Maybe your monitor wasn't calibrated correctly?

                Re: Game looking really Jaggy?

The stadium jaggies bother me to no end. I try to relax, you know, sit farther from my tv & enjoy the game. Then, out of the corner of my eye, a whole section of wall is pixel crawling. My grip tightens around my controller, teeth clench, left eye bulges, temple vein pops...I'm trapped in an Edgar Allen Poe story.

I'm always so paranoid when it comes to visuals, so reading the impressions thread really had me nervous.

However, I couldn't be happier with how the game looks and plays. I noticed jaggies like crazy last year, but this years game looks flawless. I also don't have any stuttering except for minimal hitchiness in some cutscenes that have always been there.

I really think tv settings are the root of the issue here.

                    Trust me, you are wrong.

I am not even using a T.V, Im using a gaming monitor, that gets calibrated every couple months.

The game is jaggy, jaggier than last years. Either they have reduced whatever implementation of AA they were using, or they are doing some kind of downsampling with the resolution, and the game is not running @ a native 1080p.

I'm sure a lot of people don't or can't notice it, but there is a difference. The same way people don't notice the frame rate difference from this game to last.

I'll see if I notice the frame rate (downloading the game now), but when I saw that screen shot, I was expecting to see sharp jagged lines like I would on my PC if I turned AA off in a game.

I have to say I didn't see any jaggies in that screenshot. If that's how the game looks on my TV, I'll be happy. I certainly wouldn't call that screenshot "very jaggy".

I guess I'm in the "jaggies blind" camp.

No doubt about it, this game has taken a huge step backwards in the graphic department this year. The grass at some stadiums look to have a white film on them. The gameplay is amazing this year, the graphics are an eyesore in some cases.

The screenshots taken on the PS4 are locked at 720, so it's near impossible to see them at that resolution. They are easily noticeable in-game. Especially if you are familar with PC gaming and how AA works.

There are tons of comments on the flickering, Stuttering, Frame Rate drops, Jagged edges ect. Which IMO, is a graphical step back.Oddly....Only a few seem to not have this issue.
