I'm having this exact problem too. I bought 15 digitally but when I upgraded to a 1TB system in November I decided to go without baseball until 16 came out due to the huge size and having a data cap.
Thankfully I have a friend who still has the disc that I'm going to borrow in the next few days. Another option for you would be to buy a used copy from GameStop and return it within 7 days (corporate policy that they can't refuse). Some people think that's shady, but if you're aware of GameStop's antics in general then you wouldn't think twice about doing it.
