Help! Can I switch my MVP Edition extras to another account?

Here is my situation

I have the MVP Edition with the extra packets. However, my son installed the game this afternoon on our PS4 and played around on his PSN account. In his locker are the special packs.

Now, when I go to my account, I don't see the packs in my locker. They are there if you play on his, but not mine.

He didn't enter the code from the inner sleeve, so that I assume, is still active.

So my question, how do I get those packs on my account? If I enter the code while on my account, will they show up! Do I uninstall and reinstall and play on mine?

What do I do?

And btw, my son feels awful and I can't find the first drop of anger towards him.

OK, I've now entered my MVP code, but can't find the packs.

I see the premium avatars., but no packs.

Where do I find them?

TBH idk if you'll be able to get them. Though it is weird they went to his account but if he played first on it after the download it would of. The best solution i'd say is try to contact them and see if they can help you out at all.

I've been to the shop, no option to redeem my packs. Nothing there.

For the previous post, once I get to "services list" MLB The Show does not appear in the list of games.

When I redeem my code on PSN, I don't get an option to download my packs, only the premium avatars.

My packs are no where to be found.

They are on your sons account no way to move them unless you call sony and they will likely say they cant

Good feature for next year. You should be able to send gifts to friends and trade players with one another!!!

They are on your sons account no way to move them unless you call sony and they will likely say they cant

I've got a similar issue. I followed the instructions on the MVP card and entered the code in the store. The message popped up telling me I unlocked 5 items. However, aside from the avatars, I can't find anything else!

Found them and it wasn't easy.

From the Main Menu, go to My Locker. From there, go to Show Shop. Next, on to"Purchase or Redeem". It should be lsited there. It's really convoluted if you're not used to it.
