Let's get this going again, shall we? Fun to follow this all throughout the year.
Power swing seems kinda nerfed this year - or maybe it's just the matchup. I usually swing power on Rookie and sometimes Vet to get a good active score going and then drop down to contact later, But I'm just whiffing those early swings against DeGrom. By far my best results in the early difficulties are coming with normal swing where I'm hitting some absolute moonshots.
Degrom's breaking stuff is nasty. It's causing many of my streaks to end on chases out of the zone.
Our resident savants at this mode, cardinalbird5 and bukktown are once again in their usual positions at/near the top of the leaderboard. And Cardinal posted the top score, around 3M, in just 2 attempts!
My best so far is 726k.
