I have been seeing this quite often from the CPU, sending runners who do not have much chance making it. His run speed is only a 50. Gardner had fielded the ball and the runner was barely at 3rd.

I agree. Definitely needs to be patched.
I was playing a Conquest game against the Rockies.... Jose Reyes was on second, and tagged up on a routine fly ball to centre.
The throw from my CF was a little off, but only just a little. My 3B caught the ball about 3 steps away from the bag but Reyes never stopped. He just turned the corner and kept running for home.
My catcher had to stand and wait for Reyes so he could tag him out.Comment

I play with either 1 or 2 for baserunner speed and have not seen this yet. I also have only played 5 games, so that could be a big part of it too. But at my lowered baserunner speeds I've seen plenty of runners hold at 3rd.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”
