3 Quick Questions on MLB 16

Hi All, 3 quick questions:

1) can you delete your diamond dynasty team? I want to start over

2) why is the Toronto team I created playing without a DH? I've played a few games against the CPU and wherever and whoever (all American league teams) I play, my pitcher is batting

3) I can't seem to cancel my throws in mid-throw and throw to another bag while fielding, did they take this out?

1) I don't believe so.
2) I think it's because DH isn't an actual position.
3) It should be under fielding options
