What fielding camera are you all using?

I simply cannot get comfortable with any of the fielding cameras provided within this game.

None of them zoom-in close enough for my liking and all of them are positioned too high off the ground, to me.

I don't like how the outfielders look like ants on deep fly balls or gap shots to the alley. I feel like I am playing Bases Loaded III, or something.

I wish there were more options, or even some sort of custom camera for fielding.

Dynamic was the best view available for me.

Been using broadcast for ages. Never had any issues with it. Like it a lot, actually.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I also feel like broadcast is too high and doesn't zoom in, either.

It feels different, I went back and watched some old baseball video games on youtube and a lot of them were much tighter on the ball when the ball is put into play. So much so that the fielder receiving it is pretty much the only person in the frame.

No longer do we get the zoom and pan on throws across the infield, but instead a rotated angle that tries to capture more of the field and players. It is very off-putting to myself and I am struggling with adapting.

I use medium to but I used to use low. I really miss low. I think they took it out like 2 years ago. I know they say they don't take things out but there are 3 things I miss. 1 the low camera the other camera's are just not close enough. 2 Not seeing were foul balls go this was changed last year and is very silly because they said it was to speed games up but baseball is just a long sports and that only makes like a 5 minute difference. 3 not being able to price tickets. 3 things that should have never been taken out and that are still not back.

Re: What fielding camera are you all using?

Just had a game where a batter hit what I thought was a little soft liner out to my 3rd baseman. I took my time and snared it, only to realize that it had apparently chopped or bounced at some point en route to him.

The camera angle made it almost impossible to tell when, or if, the ball ever touched the ground. It wasn't until the manual replay when I saw what had actually happened. The guy runner was safe, and led to the only run of the game.

The camera also did that weird swing where it made the left side of the infield look as far away as possible.

How about zoom and lower, SCEA? Please. This is really ruining my baseball experience.

I agree with everyone here. The current fielding camera angles take you out of the action so much it makes interesting plays seem "meh".

I would hope they could add a camera angle (or two) to fielding so we at least have the option to choose something that excites us. Right now, fielding feels very boring to me due to the cameras.

i feel the exact opposite. i love the fielding camera options and absolutely adore the dynamic cam this year. fielding hasnt been this fun, for me, in years.

I like switching my cam views up from game to game. Dynamic and medium are my most used fielding views.

I use broadcast with auto fielding and auto throwing. Feels and looks so good.

Would some of you guys use a low camera if they included it in the game?

personal taste here, but no. i wouldnt use a low camera unless forced. for years i preferred "medium" or "high" cameras (mostly high). but this year the dynamic camera has me smitten!!

my bet is Russell & Crew use telemetry. they track data of every feature, angle, option, setting, heck even gameplay data that we use while playing... they compile the data of how much this stuff is used, what's working, what's being overused or underused, or even broken. popular features get expanded on and unused or underused features get the boot.

i'm guessing the camera you guys want was removed because it was used by such a low volume of people that it didnt warrant devoting resources to it any longer versus camera angles that had much higher %'s of use.
