Been sick since I installed hard copy - missing stubs/packs

I got the premium steel case MVP edition of this game from a Best Buy the day it came out. I installed it, redeemed the code inside the box, played tutorials but did not open any packs or do anything outside of intro game. I've been very sick since that day and today is my first day back. To my horror I have no packs, no bonuses or anything. Anyone have any idea what might be going on? Thanks for your help.

Check the store, your packs should be there. It's easy to miss since they are all marked with the x button, but your items will say "free"next to the x button.

When I go to "open packs" it says I have no packs and says I should buy some. I'm supposed to have 5,000 stubs, 1 sponsor pack, 10 standard packs and there is nothing. I am so upset I just want to cry. I've been in such bad shape and I finally get my body u to do this, and nothing. The day I installed it I could have opened all my packs it gave me the option and I chose "not now". How could they disappear? I checked to see if I have any extra inventory or players, like if the game opened them anyways, and I don't... and the only stubs I have are from my intro game 357 stubs. I exited the game and re-entered my digital goods bundle code and nothing

Go to "Show Shop", then to "purchase or redeem" your items should be listed there. Instead of "x for price" it should say "x to claim" if I'm not mistaken.

I could hug you right now. I never would have found that as I figured the store
/redeem thing was the same from within Diamond Dynasty as anywhere else.

In those 10 standard packs should I have at least gotten a gold player? No diamonds, no golds, no ballparks. I was really hoping for Polo Grounds. I only got 3 silver players out of all those. Dang.
