I figured since the game is so buggy this year, and there is no way I am going to file reports for every single thing I see, I thought it would be interesting to have a thread showing all the bugs and glitches everyone has collected.
And since it's so easy with the PS4 to record and upload, people can actually see what's actually happening instead of writing it down.
It would be nice to have all these condensed to one thread, and maybe it helps get some of these fixed as well.

Throwing home from Left Field, Cutoff Prompt Appears and is clicked, everbody stops and stare at the ball

Popup caught by Catcher causes runner on second to freeze between 2nd and 3rd

Forgetful Pitcher
Pitcher fields a groundball but then comes to complete stop and freezes before throwing to 1st, even though the throw had been preloaded since coming off the mound. Almost like he forgot, or the throw ai hadn't queued yet
