    Re: Informal survey

    Please get rid of the R2 reminder on screen, have it fade away after the first inning, an option to turn it off anything.

      Re: Informal survey

      1) How important are any of these features to you?
      * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.
      -Yes

      * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?
      -Yes, by game option

      * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?
      -Yes, currently Left and Right on the d-pad essentially shows the same info. Use use Left to bring up a drop down menu with Pitcher/Batter Analysis, Roster Screen with career/season stats vs current pitcher/batter. I'm sure others will think of more.

      * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?
      -See above

      * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.
      -Sure why not, more options the better.

      * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)
      - HR Derby mode, leave it as is. HR Derby within Franchise mode, tone towards realism

      * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?
      -Yes, in first AB of the game, but it shouldn't be the main information. Have it as secondary info on the bottom of the OSD. During the first AB against a pitcher, the OSD should show Career Stats vs said pitcher. During subsequent AB's the bottom of the OSD should have current game stats(i.e. 2-2 2B, HR 2rbi) and the main info should show Home/Away splits, current month AVG/HR/RBI, First Half/Second Half season stat split, RISP AVG( if coming to bat with RISP, obviously). There are a ton more contextual and situationally relevant stats that can be added to the OSD.

      * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?
      -Yes, the overall number and Red radial are redundant, remove the green and change the red one to energy.

      * Game watch option for RTTS
      -Yes, based on threads there are people that would like it back.

      * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?
      -Yes, the more stats the better. Pretty much all the stats tracked on Baseball-Reference.com. The more obscure split stats, like day/night, grass/turf, and 1st half/2nd half can be shown just on the player card.

      2) Do you use and like any of these features?
      * Dynamic Difficulty
      -Don't use

      * Showtime (slow down time)
      -Don't use

      * RTTS Perks
      -Don't use, and to another point, I would like to be able to equip gear with out the attribute boosts.

      * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu
      -I view this occasionally.

      * Game Log
      -Don't use

      * Strategy Guide
      -I usually look at this when the game first comes out.

        Re: Informal survey

        [quote=Brian SCEA;2048112927]Hi, I have a 3-part informal survey about some ideas that came up in discussions. Feel free to answer as few or many as you like.

        1) How important are any of these features to you?
        * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.

        Think it's fine once per game.

        * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?

        * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?

        yes definitely,any maybe touchpad

        * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?

        Yes definitely, more the better.

        * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.

        * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)

        Not much interest in HR derby

        * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?

        Yes, not sure why it was removed

        * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?

        Yes, find the green circle inside the red circle hard to read

        * Game watch option for RTTS

        Not a big RtTS player and don't use game watch

        * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How?

        * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?

        More the better, batter avg Vs the pitcher how many AB vs pitcher ect.

        * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again?

        More pitcher stats, strikeouts ect.

        2) Do you use and like any of these features?

        * Dynamic Difficulty : YES
        * Showtime (slow down time): NOT USED YET
        * RTTS Perks : NOT PLAYED RTTS YET
        * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu : YES
        * Game Log : YES
        * Strategy Guide: YES

        3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst?

        I haven't played much with one team in 16 yet but in previous versions.

        Hitting, Mitch Moreland,Leonys Martin and Shin Soo Choo for the rangers i always hit well with and Yu Darvish for pitching.

        It's not my call, but I guarantee I'll be bringing each point up in wishlist discussions even if nobody else mentions them. Thank you!

          * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.

          I don't use DD, so not important to me.

          * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?

          In-game option.

          * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?

          Yes, any direction would be fine, IMHO.

          * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?

          Maybe situational stats? Like BA against lefties when facing a lefty. That may be difficult to program.

          * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.

          Fine as is for me.

          * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)

          Haven't played yet.

          * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?

          Like last year. Season stats on first appearance, game stats big with season stats underneath on subsequent appearances.

          * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?

          Definite yes. It's too way too small as of now. Last year was fine. It's my No. 1 complaint about an excellent game.

          * Game watch option for RTTS

          I haven't played RTTS, but I guess this would be cool.

          * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How?

          Not even sure what this is. Not important for me.

          * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?

          I kind of like the traditional stats being displayed, since that's typically what you see during a broadcast.

          * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again?

          I'd like for the pitch history to be consistent - either R3 or (preferably) R2, when pitching and hitting.

          2) Do you use and like any of these features?
          * Dynamic Difficulty

          Nope, but I think it's a great idea.

          * Showtime (slow down time)

          Haven't tried it yet.

          * RTTS Perks

          Nope.

          * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu

          Yes

          * Game Log

          Yes

          * Strategy Guide

          Nope, but I like it being there.

          3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst?

          Trout/Harper for hitters. Not sure for pitchers.

          It's not my call, but I guarantee I'll be bringing each point up in wishlist discussions even if nobody else mentions them. Thank you!
          Thanks for doing this.

            Answers bolded

            1) How important are any of these features to you?
            * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game. Fine with this, I haven't used dynamic difficulty much, but if I did I would want it to be dynamic as possible
            * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else? not sure what this is referring to
            * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction? yes, any direction
            * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones? yes, all the stats
            * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate. not important to me
            * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)I like it the way it is. Maybe tone it down to realistic inside season or franchise, but when I play it, it's usually with buddies whilst drinking beer, much more fun to be smashing balls
            * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always? There should be more stat overlays, but I like variety
            * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look? The bars were fine, very hard to read now, or just bigger and bolder
            * Game watch option for RTTS not important to me
            * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How? not important to me
            * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display? yes, anywhere and everywhere
            * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again? Stats, stats, stats. I love where baseball is going on TV showing anything and everything, would love the Show to emulate it

            2) Do you use and like any of these features?
            * Dynamic Difficulty not yet, may at some point, can usually tune the sliders to give me a good balance
            * Showtime (slow down time) nope, but not much of a RTTS player
            * RTTS Perks same as above
            * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu (yes, yes)
            * Game Log yes, yes
            * Strategy Guide no, I'm not sure I've ever looked at it

            3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst? I am raking with Starlin Marte right now in my fantasy draft franchise that I'm using until OSFM comes out. David Price is a stud. Zach Wheeler too, especially given his lower ratings. I have had trouble hitting with Giancarlo Stanton and Jose Altuve, kind of both ends of the spectrum height-wise

              Sure
              * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?
              Game option, or have it included with another option
              * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?
              Can we scroll through previous ABs while holdingR2. Like how you can view the current AB. Down, or right
              * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?
              AVG vs L/R, RISP, any other R/L split
              * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.
              Nostalgia. Make it an option if you do
              * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)
              A balance would be nice. I'd lean more towards fun. Just don't do stamina. If you do, hide it
              * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?
              Yes, and yes
              * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?
              Have it maybe color coded? Similar to how meter pitching looks?
              * Game watch option for RTTS
              Option, yes? Interested? No
              * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How?
              Sure. By magic. Put it in profile options. Or have it based off team colors.
              * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?
              Even though I don't understand most, yes. Have them as a sub menu, perhaps based off the d-pad idea from earlier? Just spitballing...
              * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again?
              PCI in relation the pitch and speed when holding R2.

              2) Do you use and like any of these features?
              * Dynamic Difficulty-I've dabbled. Great idea to ease folks in.
              * Showtime (slow down time)-Not much of a RTTS guy, but have played a lot this year.Ln I use it in big spots for the hell of it. Make it optional. I should mention I only bat with this guy.
              * RTTS Perks-Not my thing. Unless they are earned through career milestones. A la NBA 2K badges
              * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu
              Give me all the info you can. I mentioned being anle to see previous ABs while holding R2. Instead of going to pitcher/batter menu
              * Game Log-It's already color coded for me, Im good...
              * Strategy Guide-All for it. More info, the better.

              3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst?Varies. It's baseball. You guys know that...

                Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A lot? Which ones? Where to display?
                POP (Productive Out Percentage is a great stat but last year it was AVG+OPB+SLG which is not actually a real stat. I'm not even sure you you have it this year.

                * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?

                Yes, not sure why it was removed
                Take the IN GAME STATS and move it to the SEASON STATS (which are formatted poorly)

                A number of TEAM stats are computed wrong on the IN GAME Stats. They are just a total of the averages divided by 12. (BABIP is like that).
                Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?
                YES - Lines were perfect

                I'm all about stats and thank you for asking. I came from Strat-o-Matic 7 years ago after 30 years playing SOM.

                  * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.
                  Important. The main reason I don't use D-Diff now is because it takes way too long to move up.I don't want to play countless innings or games to advance to Veteran, when I already know I'm in the "ballpark" of Hall of Fame.

                  * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?
                  I would love an option to remove every display, and I would especially love a split in this option, between batting and pitching. I don't need the pitch display while batting, but I do need it while pitching, for example.

                  * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?
                  I don't care much about this. It would be convenient, but in the end, pausing the game and going to the Analyses screens is already a pretty easy process.

                  * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?
                  Stats is a definite yes. I want to see ERA, walks per 9 (the stat, not the rating) etc... at the plate. That information helps me decide whether to swing 3-2, and whether to take a power swing.
                  As a pitcher I want to see how many HRs a hitter has AND how many at-bats they've had, so I know how to pitch to them. Stuff like that being available via d-pad would be great.

                  I'd also like a "scouting report" esque thing somewhere mapped to one of the d-pad buttons. Bullet points or something, that summarizes pitches to look for, tendencies (walks a lot, easy to steal on... swings a lot, bunts a lot, etc...)

                  * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.
                  I honestly don't even remember what you are talking about, and I have eyes to see the break myself in live action. Not important.

                  * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?
                  HRs yes, RBI no.

                  * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?
                  Please yes. The energy OSD is very uncomfortable to read. Just so we are clear, we are talking about the pre-game one, not the one during games? As for how... a full pie chart (instead of just a border). Tbh getting rid of the red circle around the green circle would help too. I dont even know what the red OSD means but I think it is overall, which is already presented in numeric form right in the same spot.

                  * Game watch option for RTTS
                  * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller.
                  How?
                  Don't care about either of these at all.

                  * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?
                  Absolutely! Offense: wRC+, OPS, WAR; Pitching: FIP or xFIP and K/BB; Fielding: WAR and UZR or DRS.
                  It is not really necessary that any of these are displayed during walk-ups/intros, but occasional commentary about them would be a plus, and their availability in the stats database AND player card, both out of game and in-game, is a must.

                  * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again?
                  I want back the option to hide the Pitch/Swing Feedback but still be able to manually view it via a button press. It's annoying to have it constantly on my screen but I do want to look at it occasionally.

                  Slightly off topic but some of the stats currently included in the database are incorrect, or mapped to the wrong thing (some of the pitcher stats are actually hitter stats, for example).

                  2) Do you use and like any of these features?
                  * Dynamic Difficulty
                  * Showtime (slow down time)
                  * RTTS Perks
                  * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu
                  * Game Log
                  * Strategy Guide
                  I use the pitcher/batter analyses very often to review things like line drive rates, whiff rates, etc... (especially for slider tweaking). I don't use any of the other things, and can't say I really care about them either.

                    Would be nice, but not a pressing thing for me. Option of course if at all possible. Gives players a choice.

                    * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?

                    Pick one. I'll do up up down down left right if need be.

                    * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?

                    Situational would be interesting related to the situation currently being faced. So facing a lefty with RISP would show RISP vsL (or RISP and vsL separately, for example)

                    * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.

                    Is that like in the older games where it showed your aim point (or the one the pitcher ended up using anyway) and where the pitch ended up? If so, Yes please! Option of course, but...I'd love that to come back. Would make it easier to see the impacts of both sliders and control & BB/9 rating.

                    * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?

                    Yes, unless something interesting is happening to the player (hot/cold streak, hit streak, etc). Maybe series performance in the last game of a series.

                    * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?

                    How about color coded player names? Green = Fully rested (slight boost to performance?). White = Normal condition (no changes to anything). Yellow = Moderate fatigue (the start of performance/injury impacts). Orange = Significant fatigue (may prompt to come out [durability?] more risky). Red = Heavily fatigued (likely needs to come out - significant risk/performance drop if played).

                    * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?

                    How about "plus stats" like ERA+, OPS+, FIP+, etc. That compare the player vs league average? Are the individual component stats to WAR in? Would be interesting to see a player's defensive runs saved, etc. ERA+ and OPS+ might be interesting along the top of the screen where it shows W-L, IP, etc next to the player's mug shot.

                    BTW, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the BB% and K% for hitters. I'd love a contact % for pitchers (what percent of a pitcher's pitches were contacted, no regard given result of contact...or missed if that's easier to code). HR/FB% for pitchers and hitters would be nice, too.

                    2) Do you use and like any of these features?
                    * Dynamic Difficulty

                    I haven't used it yet, but I think it's a good feature to have in the game.

                    * Showtime (slow down time)
                    * RTTS Perks

                    Haven't used these, though I haven't started a RTTS yet.

                    * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu

                    Use these often. One of my favorite features.

                    * Game Log

                    Sometimes I do, especially after an unusual game or where one or two events/innings turned everything.

                    * Strategy Guide

                    I have used it before - not often, but not never.

                    3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst?

                    I'm still in my carryover so my answer won't help as it would likely be fictional players at this point.

                      1) How important are any of these features to you?
                      * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.
                      Not at all important.
                      * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?
                      Not sure what R2 reminder is, so I'll say not important.
                      * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?
                      Does not matter. As long as I can find it trying the options.
                      * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?
                      More stats is always better. Splits vR/vL are probably the most important in-game.
                      * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.
                      Don't care.
                      * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)
                      No, it should be fun. If anything make it so we can hit 500 ft.
                      * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?
                      I think having this in the broadcast presentation is important. If you watch a game, it really shows up (or in-game stats or both) every AB. Maybe lower frequency in hybrid presentation mode.
                      * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?
                      Yes, the little circles have been difficult for many to see. I think going back to the bar but maybe lengthening it (easier to tell 50% vs 60% stamina) could help.
                      * Game watch option for RTTS
                      No preference. I don't use RTTS.
                      * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How?
                      Don't understand this one...must be multiplayer? No preference.
                      * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?
                      Yes! More stats.

                      For pitchers: xFIP, HR/FB%, GB%, FB%, BABIP, total pitches per start/cumulative per season.

                      For batters: wOBA, speed score, BABIP, pitches seen/PA.

                      The stats can be displayed on the player cards, doesn't have to be in-game.

                      * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again?
                      No.

                      2) Do you use and like any of these features?
                      * Dynamic Difficulty
                      Sometimes. I used it for '15. I prefer finding my level without it.
                      * Showtime (slow down time)
                      No interest in this feature.
                      * RTTS Perks
                      No.
                      * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu
                      Yes.
                      * Game Log
                      Yes!
                      * Strategy Guide
                      Occasionally. I like it being there though.

                      3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst?

                      It's not my call, but I guarantee I'll be bringing each point up in wishlist discussions even if nobody else mentions them. Thank you!

                        Re: Informal survey

                        I removed the questions I didn't really have an answer for.

                        1) How important are any of these features to you?
                        * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game. - Don't use this anymore.
                        * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else? I would like this removed, toggling a setting in the menu is fine.
                        * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction? I like this, button doesn't really matter.
                        * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate. Yes I would like to see this again so I can tell where my pitch started and how much they are really breaking.
                        * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism) I don't really play this mode. I would prefer fun if the mode can be expanded upon to have more variation than the standard HR Derby rules. Like trying to hit specific targets or hit it a certain distance, etc. Have the option to turn it into a bit more of an arcade mode or have it realistic
                        * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always? I would like to see this, however if the batter is batting in a particular situation, ie, bases loaded, show what his stats are with the bases loaded.
                        * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look? Put a number in the center which represents percentage?
                        * Game watch option for RTTS - I probably wouldn't use this.
                        * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How? - Is off an option? The light is pointless. just drains my battery

                        2) Do you use and like any of these features?
                        * Dynamic Difficulty - I use to use this, but not anymore. I wasn't really sure, or lost track of watch difficulty I was being dynamically placed into.
                        * Showtime (slow down time) Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it looks interesting. Waiting for OSFM roster update to start franchise and RTTS. Only been playing DD.

                        I know additional thought wasn't asked for, but I would like to request a volume normalization/leveling for music that is imported into the game. Some of my tracks are at a normal volume, but some are too quiet or too loud.

                          I'm only going to answer #2. I always used Dynamic Difficulty and the only change I'd like to see is to be able to set it at a desired difficulty to start. In other words, I've been playing this game for years, I don't need to start every year at rookie level and work my way up. Allow me to set it at All-Star, with Dynamic on so that precise level can be fine tuned over time.

                            If I could slide in a suggestion that is sort of related to these options/questions (OSD stuff/D-pad stuff/data to show)...

                            I'd suggest that using the D-pad/stick to access the pitch sequence for a player's prior AB could be changed so that this one button press can bring up the pitch sequences for ALL previous ABs that a batter has had in the game. I feel this could lead to better identifying patterns in how a player is being pitched by looking at 1st AB, 2nd AB, 3rd AB...etc...all at once on the same OSD at the same time.

                            As it currently is, you need to pause it, then go into the batter analysis screen, then sort by 1st AB, then 2nd AB, and even then you never see all the data on the same screen unless you don't sort by AB at all.

                              My importance Scale 1 very important 2. Somewhat Important 3 Important 4 Not Important

                              1) How important are any of these features to you?

                              * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.
                              2
                              * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?
                              1 Keep the reminder and add the hot/cold zones to the batter in preview.
                              * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?
                              1 Right on the D-pad to remain consistent with trends and R1 to tab.
                              * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?
                              2 Stats relevant to the situation, i.e. RISP, OBP, ect...

                              * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?

                              How?
                              2 Team Primary color

                              * Showtime (slow down time)
                              1 Showtime combined Ratings based Acc/Strength which will govern the amount of time you have in showtime. The low rating showtime meter is a faster, higher rating slower
                              * RTTS Perks
                              2
                              * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu
                              1 I didn't like that you guys took it off the d-pad, but I love this menu
                              * Game Log
                              3
                              * Strategy Guide
                              2 I'm an older dude so reminders is nice. Just a little bone to pick. You guys need to add and explain the difference between "suicide squeeze and safety Squeeze" Bunt situation. Suicide runner takes off right as the pitcher is throwing and safety as soon as the bunt happens. Many times Matty V calls this wrong everytime he says Suicide, when I'm sure I did the Safety Bunt.

                              3) Finally, a very subjective question: Which 2 or 3 pitchers and hitters do you think are the best to use in-game? The worst?
                              4 I'm team oriented, so I couldn't tell you.

                              It's not my call, but I guarantee I'll be bringing each point up in wishlist discussions even if nobody else mentions them. Thank you!

                                1) How important are any of these features to you?
                                * Allow Dynamic Difficulty to advance multiple difficulties in 1 game.
                                low priority
                                * Way to remove R2 reminder OSD. If yes, by game option? Something else?
                                minor detail but an high visual impact. Please hide it
                                * Pitcher/Batter Analysis on d-pad. Which d-pad direction?
                                maybe right would be good. Can't use touchpad ?
                                * More stats/information on d-pad. Which ones?
                                anyone left? loll .. is something like a combo L2-Right feasible?
                                * Bring back the dotted line display showing your pitch break after a pitch crosses the plate.
                                what about something like MLB.TV ..pitch break..speed start and speed end
                                * Tone down HR Derby power (fun vs. realism)
                                it's a simulation, i prefer realism
                                * AVG/HR/RBI in batter walkup display. If yes, always?
                                prefer some variations...not always on 1st pitch as well. RISP stats if runners on bases
                                * Player energy OSD more readable. If yes, how should it look?
                                the pie chart as some proposed
                                * Game watch option for RTTS
                                low priority for me
                                * The ability to manually or automatically set the color of your controller. How?
                                really low priority for me
                                * Sabermetric or any other stats tracked/displayed. A few? A lot? Which ones? Where to display?
                                same kind of of OSD as the batter walkup but display it on 2nd-3rd-4th pitch if any and not all batters. Would be cool if broadcasters can give a quick explanation on some of them, not all for sure, but most important ones
                                * Any other stat or OSD that was removed that you want to see again?
                                not one removed, but spray chart and the left,center,right tendancy would be a good in-game indicator
                                Also, maybe past the 6-7th inning, some camera panning of the crowd with the attendance numbers. Maybe a few comments if it's a non-expected crowd numbers for that stadium

                                2) Do you use and like any of these features?
                                * Dynamic Difficulty
                                not using it
                                * Showtime (slow down time)
                                cool for fielding, running, pitching but can't bat with it
                                * RTTS Perks
                                cool for some but not really using it
                                * Pitcher/Batter Analysis menu
                                medium priority for me. may need some graphical update
                                * Game Log
                                not using it very often but nice to know it's there when we want to take a look. Referring to it mostly to take a look at the game attendance
                                * Strategy Guide
                                low priority. Good as is
