Re: RTTS Pitcher repertoire of pitches

    I'm running...

    100mph 4-seam fastball
    94mph sinker
    93mph slider
    83mph 12-6 curve
    88mph circle change

I dun get why my circle change went up so high after I pushed my 4-seam up from a 90 rating to a 100 rating. >_> But, that's for a different discussion.

    Running default difficulty / sliders, I usually get 9-12 K's a game.

I know putting points into a CH's velocity slows it down but does this work for Curveballs as well and what other pitches work this way?

Is it important to put alot of movement into CH?
Increasing the velocity of the curveball will make it faster.

Some pitches seem to play off each other in terms of velocity more than others.

I notice this in the editor, if I up a guy's fastball who has an 80 MPH change up, then mess with the CH velocity, the CH will jump up.

For the other pitches, you can leave their velocity low and they'll stay relatively slow. Change-ups react differently and lowering velocity just kills their change-of-speed ability, so you'll need a lot more points in CH velocity to keep it down as FB velocity goes up...and even then it seems you can only do so much.
