Missing Sponsorships on Market - By design?

There seems to be three specific sponsorships that apparently haven't appeared on the market. It's the same three for Diamond, Gold, and Silver. The amount of buy orders are crazy for them. I think one of the Silvers has people offering 10K. Of course, no one would ever use the Silver in Franchise. It's just from people wanting to complete the set.

Is this by design? Are they missing on purpose?

That's strange. I'm not sure why that is.

Just out of curiosity though, what is the advantage to completing the set? Is it just the sense of accomplishment or is there some tangible benefit to it?

As far as sponsorships go, there's no tangible benefit after collecting ten (by collecting ten you get 5000 XP and 250 stubs) so its probably just a sense of accomplishment by collecting all of them.

Yea.... It's just a completion thing at this point.

Since it's the same three across all three tiers, I don't think they have been added to drops at all. Funny they were missed lol.

I can't even get sponsorships to work this year. I traded stubs in and bought three good ones, which should give me 90k for every win (and still 30k for a loss). Last year, that would show up as a budget increase after every game, but this year there's been no change in my budget whatsoever.
