    Is dynamic difficulty not being...well...dynamic?

I seem to be stuck at my current level in the dynamic meter even though I'm tearing it up in AA in my RTTS

Dynamic is bugged atm and doesn't progress no matter how good you are raking. You'll have to up the difficulty manually.

Dynamic hitting is bugged in RTTS. Dynamic pitching is working.

Damn is it working in franchise? May play some of my Phillies rebuilder to build it up some. Then again I'm hitting >.600 in AA as an 18 year old and still yet to be called up. Had PT issues (plus the Twins were stacked with great SS prospects) so I requested a trade and got better PT in the Ray's system and then hurt for 2 months so I may not even make the MLB in my first season

Haven't played my franchise yet, but heard that it is NOT bugged in franchise.

Sweet I may just build it up a bit (after I get promoted maybe heh) before I get too deep in RTTS.

If you play RTTS first with dynamic difficulty, and then play franchise mode the bug will still be there. I know because I played half a season with the Mariners and the slider never went past beginner.
