Does anyone play the show on a 4k tv?
I was thinking about getting a 4I tv but not sure if it will make games look worse. Anyone play ps4 on a 4I tv?Tags: None -

Make sure you find a tv with Low Input Lag, most important thing when timing is key like MLB The Show. Check out RTings.com , a lot of the newer 4k's are starting to have nice input lag results and the picture from what I'm learned is slightly better on the 4k's. Good luck!PSN- JBoo2911 -

As far as the actual difference from a 4KTV and a normal 1080p HDTV, it's an astonishing difference. 4K is quite literally 4 times better quality than 1080p and oh man does it show. In the next few years when 4K becomes the standard and the prices start to drop, I can't wait to upgrade and start switching all my appliances over. It's really incredible.Chicago Bulls | Chicago Bears | Chicago White Sox | Chicago BlackhawksComment

Re: Does anyone play the show on a 4k tv?
Yea, I have a 55 inch Vizio 4K tv and it definitely doesn't make the game look anyworse, and the input lag is very minimal...I love my 4K tv and I would say it worth the investment for movies, gaming, etc...
Are we talking about The Show specifically or in general. The Show isn't going to look any better at all if I'm not mistaken. PS4's don't output to 4K and The Show obviously isn't native 4K so plugging it into a 4KTV isn't going to make any difference.

Re: Does anyone play the show on a 4k tv?
I am playing on 4K TV, as well, and as Equinox stated above me, it doesn't make any difference. The PS4 only outputs to 1080p anyways, so the 4K doesn't matter.Comment

I have a Vizio M60-C3, and with it set to Computer or Gaming settings, which lowers the input lag and I believe does not force upscaling on, it plays quite nice and smooth. Highly recommended for the price point.

I play on my sharp 80 uq17u, which isn't a true 4k, but can upscale and play 4k content. I'm told 4k stuff looks so amazing, I unfortunatly can't tell the difference do to being visually impaired, but at least for me, the 80 inch difference is awesome!1458, not counting playoffs, that's the number of games in a row I haven't missed! Go Yanks!Comment

If all the rumors going around are true, then the Ps4.5 should be able to output 4k. I personally can't wait for an announcement from Sony this summer maybeComment
