Re: Hitting during the Day vs Hitting during the night
I've actually always found Safeco to be an easy stadium to play in. I play a number of my away franchise games there every year when the game is supposed to take place somewhere I find boring or don't like. I played one there just last week (daytime) and hit five HRs, I think all to RF.Anyone who claims to be a fan of two teams in the same pro sport is actually a fan of none.Comment

Re: Hitting during the Day vs Hitting during the night
It's funny because both in game time and real life time have an effect on my hitting. During the real life day, glare is an issue on my plasma. I hit better in night games during the day. However, at night I hit best in a day game. Either way I hit better at (rl) night.Comment

I've found that the Strike Zone cam is the best for me. It's basically the closest thing to 1st person hitting there is."Dunks are tough, but when a 35 footer come rainin out the sky...it'll wire you up"Comment

Re: Hitting during the Day vs Hitting during the night
I definitely hit better at night, and that goes for in game and when I'm playing at night IRL. I'm more focused then. Also, I have ball trail on during the day (totally unnecessary since I'm a 1B) so at night I'm really nervous when I hit a fly ball and whether it will carry over the wall or be caught right at it. Hmm, I'm gonna have to turn it off during the day too, for the excitement. And yes, my eyesight is poor, I have a small TV and I sit too far away.
Hitting is really hard when it's sunny and there's a shadow between me and the pitcher. My opposite field hits increase tenfold because I get the bat on the ball so late.Comment
